The warehouse layout is structured to support workflow efficiency, with raw materials positioned for immediate use at the start of production and finished goods prepared for shipment as soon as assembly is complete.  

From order to delivery, Simplicity Air has a documented process to ensure all OEM partner timelines are met. When the products need to be assembled, all components are picked for each order individually. This ensures the quality of the product and documentation. At the assembly station, each job is sent to the workstation through our custom software, which captures the time, provides detailed work instructions, produces serial numbers, prints labels for tracking accuracy, and allows the production staff to add any notes of any concerns or challenges they had with this build. Feedback leads to continuous improvement with possible training or work instruction improvements.
